February 12, 2004:  Bay Colony GP-9 number 1706 is in its second day in service on the morning trash train.  We catch them returning light engine through Monument Beach, headed for Canal Jct., after delivering the empty cars to the Otis transfer station.  Once arriving at Canal Jct., 1706 will tie onto the five empty cars for Yarmouth, shove back onto the bridge and head south down the Cape Main.  We then follow them on their way to Yarmouth.
